Nickelblack band was born during the summer of 2005 when Alex (Ossi Duri, Ainur), Luca (Ainur, Karisma) and Marco (Ainur, Force) started a tour in the northern Europe with an acoustic project playing in cities like Zurich, Munich, Frankfurt, Copenaghen and Stockholm. After that tour the project became Nickelblack adding Giuseppe (Gazza Ladra, Marillion) on bass.
As Nickelblack the band played in the best pub and music hall in the northern Italy (Turin and Milan are the major cities) with a lot of local tribute band like Black Diamonds (Kiss), The Prisoners (Iron Maiden) and any others. In the summer of 2014 Nickelblack started their foreigner experience playing in the Summer festival of the Coffee Bar Innsbruck where thousands of people coming to the show.
During the Nickelback tour in 2013, at the Milano show, the real Nickelback meet the "tribute" ones thanks to the collaboration with the italian fans club (Actually Nickelblack are the Official Tribute band of the Italian Fans Club).
They have recorded a Demo with 4 Nickelback songs. The version of "How You Remind Me" have more than 180k listening on Soundcloud.
