The SaD - Symphony & Metallica (S&M) is on stage again: the exclusive tribute show in which SaD - European Metallica Tribute, with the participation of a Symphony Orchestra conducted by Maestro Fabrizio Castanìa, will make the audience relive the famous event performed by Metallica in ’99 with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.
Years of dedication and work have gone into building a scene with over 20 musicians on stage for an exciting show suitable for historic fans, new Metallica fans, and especially for all those who love great music.

Established in 2004, the band performs in the most important stages in Europe, bringing the music of the Four Horsemen to life with a powerful tribute. Their solid sound, appearance, and, starting from 2024, the stunning videoshow, create an immersive experience for the audience.
Officially partnered with Zonametallica (Italian Metallica Fanclub #350), SaD is also in a strong relationship with St. Germany (the German Chapter #273), bringing representatives at some of the band’s most important shows, and Metallitarium (the Spanish Chapter #351) with whom recently started to share some events in Spain.
Approaching 1.000 shows, the band has toured extensively in Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Spain, UAE (Dubai), Croatia, Albania, and more countries are planned for future tours.
Several musicians have contributed to the band's growth, alongside the founder Mattia Montin, but current SaD members are:
- Mattia Montin – lead vocals, rhythm guitar
- Matteo Bertoldi – bass, backing vocals
- Eddie Thespot – lead guitar, backing vocals
- Ronnie Battizocco – drums
SaD engagement is also being recognised for the huge effort in faithfully recreating the S&M (Symphony and Metallica) show featuring orchestra musicians alongside the band on stage. This massive show debuted on November 30th, 2019, at the Vicenza City Hall theater and is now ready to tour, offering a unique and unforgettable event.
