JOURNEYE is a German tribute band of the US rock band Journey and presents their timeless songs live. "Journey" are still one of the most successful and influential bands in the USA.
Hits like "Wheel In The Sky", "Any Way You Want It" and "Don’t Stop Believin" belong to every well-stocked radio program to this day. In their 40-year career, Journey have sold over 75 million records. At JOURNEYE 6 musicians from the Frankfurt and Mannheim area have found each other, who passionately present the great music of the US rock legend "Journey" in a comprehensive program. The set list includes all of the big hits as well as loads of live classics by the American band. Within a short time, the band has established itself as a fixture in the live clubs of the Rhine-Main area and beyond.
Full shows and concerts, some of which are sold out, show that the audience has a great need for Journey's music. JOURNEYE offer this music as a tight and perfectly coordinated live band. The internationally renowned singer Arno Menses (Subsignal, Sieges Even) interprets Steve Perry's songs in his own way, but close to the feeling and the intensity of the original. The band around the exceptional guitarist René Orfanidis ensures the right Journey feeling with their perfectly coordinated playing style. As if Neal Schon Co would be on stage himself.
